Dr. Curry graduated from the University of Texas Health Sciences Center in 1989.

She completed her dermatology residency at the Naval Hospital San Diego. She spent nine years in the U.S. Navy as a medical officer. She also spent two years as an Undersea Medical Officer in Okinawa. In 1998, she left the military and joined Balcones Dermatology Associates.

Dr. Curry lives with her husband Don and their two sons, Evan and Troy. She enjoys cooking, running, swimming, and training for triathlons.
